Renfrew County and District Health Unit is pleased to provide Rapid Antigen Tests (RAT) Kits for your clients. Please allow 10 business days for order processing. Arrangements will be made for pick up. If you have any questions, please send an e-mail to outbreak@rcdhu.com. This form is reserved for RCD local health care partners and community partners who provide services to Renfrew County and District residents. RCDHU reserves the right to limit and/or decline requests based on supply and operational priorities.
