RCDHU is pleased to announce that we are now offering a new free online prenatal program called Bump to Baby. This program can be completed at your own pace, giving you the flexibility to learn when it’s most convenient for you.

Information covered in Bump to Baby includes:

  • Pregnancy
  • Labour and delivery
  • Feeding your baby
  • Caring for your baby and keeping them safe
  • Parenting
  • Helpful services in Renfrew County and District

The Bump to Baby online prenatal course provides:

  • The flexibility to learn at your own pace, whenever it fits your schedule
  • The option to pause and pick up where you left off
  • Accessibility in English (program currently not available in French)
  • Support from a Public Health Nurse at RCDHU for any questions or assistance

The Healthy Babies Healthy Children (HBHC)  is a FREE voluntary program that provides supports and services during pregnancy and to families with children from birth to transition to school.

In addition, the program offers universal screening opportunities and home visiting services for families who may benefit from additional support.

Canada Prenatal Nutrition Program

Prenatal: Community Resource Centre (CRC) provides services to women during the prenatal period and after their baby is born. At Prenatal: CRC you can:

  • meet other parents-to-be;
  • cook and share tasty meals;
  • discuss prenatal and parenting topics; and,
  • receive prenatal vitamins and grocery vouchers.
