To book an appointment at an RCDHU clinic:

• Appointments for routine immunization clinics can be booked online at: Online Appointment Booking.
• To book an appointment for all other immunization clinics, please call: 613-732-9436 or 1-833-773-0004.

Please bring any previous immunization record with you.
