The Canadian Cancer Society's Smokers' Helpline 1-877-513-5333 

Provides proven tips and tools to help you quit tobacco use and increase your chance of being successful. Telephone advice is available in English and French: Monday to Thursday 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Fridays 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. 
Weekends 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Smokers' Helpline Quit Specialists can help with making a quit plan, coping with cravings, quitting methods, withdrawal symptoms, managing stress and finding available services and resources. Service is provided free-of-charge from anywhere in Ontario.
