The Health Unit promotes sexual
health through the following services:
1.
Consumer Advice - call the Health Info Line (613) 735-8666 or
1-800-267-1097 for advice about healthy sexuality,
sexually-transmitted diseases, HIV/AIDS. Also, check out the fact sheets, pamphlets and recommended links in the
Health
Info section of this website.
2.
Clinical services including health
assessment, birth
control, emergency contraceptive pill, pregnancy
testing, counselling, HIV testing, and information on relationships,
communication, decision-making, sexually-transmitted diseases, and HIV/AIDS.

3.
Presentations and Media Promotion - Healthy sexuality is
promoted on a
regular basis in workshops and in the Health Unit's newspaper column "Health
for All".
