Top Six Reasons for Calling the Health Info Line

 

The Renfrew County and District Health Unit offers telephone health information through the Health Info Line: 1-800-267-1097 or 735-8666. A registered nurse provides information to callers from the public and health professionals on a variety of health topics, ranging from infant feeding to communicable disease. 

 

The Health Info Line is open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday to Friday. If the nurse is responding to a call a message may be left on voice mail and she will respond as soon as possible.  All information shared with the nurse is confidential.
